Nita Sweepstakes: Official Rules

1. Eligibility#

The Nita Sweepstakes is offered only in the State of Texas. It is not offered, and may not be entered, in any other U.S. state, in the District of Columbia, in any U.S. territory or possession, or in any other country.

To be eligible you must, at the time of entry, be all three of the following:

• at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state if higher;
• a legal resident of the State of Texas; and
• physically located in the State of Texas.

This is an inclusion statement, not an exclusion list. Texas is the only jurisdiction in which Nita operates, and every other jurisdiction is outside the scope of this Sweepstakes by default rather than by enumeration. Nita does not maintain a list of excluded or restricted states.

Employees of the Sponsor and their household members are not eligible. One account per person.

2. The two currencies#

Nita Gold (NG) is an entertainment-only virtual coin. It can be purchased or received free. It has no monetary value, can never be redeemed for money or prizes, and cannot be converted into Nita Cash.

Nita Cash (NC) is a sweepstakes entry coin. NC is never sold. It is only ever given free: as a bonus accompanying NG purchases, as signup and daily bonuses, and by mail-in request (Section 4). NC can be used to play the games below, and NC won from play can be redeemed for cash prizes (Section 5).

3. The games#

Each play of a game with NC is one sweepstakes entry with an instant result, drawn by a cryptographic random number generator on the Sponsor's servers. This is a continuous sweepstakes: entries are accepted whenever the service operates, and each play is its own drawing. The same games are playable with NG on identical odds.

The figures of record are on the in-app Odds screen, which renders the live server values. As of these rules' publication they are:

Nita Box (overall return 90.0%): Bust 0.30x (32.27%), Rough 0.70x (21.53%), Even 1.00x (21.00%), Solid 1.30x (18.00%), Great 2.00x (5.00%), Epic 3.50x (1.50%), Legendary 8.00x (0.70%).

Coin Flip (overall return 95.0%): Double 2.00x (47.50%), Lost 0.00x (52.50%).

Circle nights share one draw among the circle's members ("one draw" nights); each member's prize is computed on their own entry at the shared result and is awarded by the Sponsor from its own funds. Prizes are never pooled from, or funded by, participants' entries.

4. Free entry by mail (AMOE)#

Anyone eligible may receive 5 NC free by mailed request, as many times as they wish, one request per envelope. Handwrite on a postcard or card: your full name, the email address on your Nita account, your return address, and your personal request code (shown in the app under Get coins → Free entry by mail). Mail it to: [AMOE PO BOX — pending incorporation].

Mail-in entries are credited within 7 days of receipt and are identical in every respect to NC received any other way: same games, same odds, same redemption rights, no marking of origin. Illegible or incomplete requests cannot be credited. The request code exists so credit lands on the right account; it does not limit how often you may write.

5. Prizes and redemption#

NC redeems at $1.00 per 1.00 NC. Before redeeming, an account's lifetime NC play volume must equal at least its lifetime NC received (1x playthrough), and each redemption must meet the minimum shown in the app (50 NC as of publication). Redemptions are fulfilled after identity verification, to the payment method offered at the time. The Sponsor's records are final. Taxes are the winner's responsibility; prizes of $600+ in a year may be reported on IRS Form 1099.

6. General#

The Sponsor may suspend or terminate accounts that breach the Terms of Service, use automation, or evade location or identity checks, and may void entries obtained that way. The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of [STATE — pending incorporation]. Disputes are resolved per the Terms of Service.
