Nita is a small team, and a person reads every message. Sending yours to the right address below is the fastest way to get a real answer rather than a forward.
Privacy requests carry committed windows, and they are the ones we hold ourselves to in writing. We verify it is you, then respond within 45 days. We may extend that once by a further 45 days, and if we do, we tell you why. An appeal of a refusal gets an answer within 60 days, and if we refuse again we tell you how to complain to the Texas Attorney General. These requests are free. The governing text is Privacy Policy §5.
Legal notices. A notice of dispute goes to legal@playnita.com, and neither side begins a proceeding for 30 days after it, while we try to settle the matter directly. You may also opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, at no cost and with no other effect.
General support has no promised turnaround, and we would rather say so than publish a number we cannot keep. We read what arrives and answer as quickly as we can.
The Sponsor and promoter of the Nita Cash sweepstakes is Anita Inc., a Delaware corporation. The mailing address for sweepstakes correspondence, including free entry by mail, is stated in the Official Rules. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or in any way involved in the sweepstakes: questions and claims go to the Sponsor, not to Apple.
