NITA - IDENTITY VERIFICATION#

1. When verification is needed#

Identity verification begins when you request a prize redemption and give separate consent. It is not required to sign up, play or make a purchase. Before a prize can be paid, Nita requires an approved identity result with verified adult eligibility. If an earlier verification expires or needs review, you verify again when you next redeem.

Verification confirms who you are and your age. It does not establish where you are: Texas physical-location checks are separate, and the state that issued your ID does not establish where you are now.

2. What is checked#

Nita uses Didit to check a government-issued ID, a selfie, liveness and face matching, together with IP analysis, and to check the verified identity against government sanctions and restricted-persons lists. The flow involves biometric processing. It does not verify your address, collect tax forms, connect a bank account or send a payment; tax and payment details are collected separately under the Redemption Terms.

3. Consent and privacy#

Before Didit opens, Nita explains the checks and asks for your separate consent; agreeing to the Terms of Service is not consent to this step. Nita stores your consent record and verification status, not ID images or biometric templates. Didit retains verification data for one month and deletes face templates with the session; Nita has opted out of Didit using its verification data for model improvement. Completing verification does not itself delete provider data; to withdraw consent or request erasure, email privacy@playnita.com and Nita coordinates the request with Didit.

4. While you wait#

An incomplete, declined or expired check prevents payment but does not remove Nita Cash, close your account or prevent otherwise-eligible play. Your Nita Cash stays playable until a payment is initiated. You can resume an unfinished verification from the redemption screen, or cancel a requested redemption. Didit limits the number of attempts within a session window; contact support if a review or a retry is needed.

A completed screen is not necessarily an approval. Nita shows the verified result from its server; a manual review may still be pending, and verification does not itself send your prize. The Redemption Terms (https://playnita.com/redemption-terms) describe the separate payment process.
